Huawei Watch 5 runs HarmonyOS Next for smooth basic smartwatch tasks. It doesn’t offer a standalone chipset spec like phones but performs well for health and fitness tracking. There’s no camera. The watch has a 1.5‑inch LTPO AMOLED screen with bright colors. Battery ranges around 3–4.5 days typical, up to ~11 days in saver mode on the larger model. It supports eSIM, GPS, NFC, and robust sensors.
