The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 3 nm chipset with an octa-core CPU up to 4.32 GHz and Adreno 830 GPU, running Android 15. It has a 7.0″ LTPO AMOLED main screen and 4″ external display, a 4,700 mAh battery with 68 W wired and 30 W wireless charging. The camera system uses dual 50 MP rear sensors (wide + ultra-wide) and a 50 MP front camera with advanced imaging features.
